HOW TO BOOK OUR SERVICES

1. Contact us via phone, email, or our website contact form.

2. Choose between our package options below.

 

3. We’ll have a quick consultation to discuss your event date & details.

4. A 50% deposit is due right away to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event.

 

5. Agree to the detailed terms & conditions contract (a copy will be send to you).

 

6. We may book another quick call closer to the date of your event for confirmation and to see if we need to discuss any details we may have missed during our initial consultation.

OUR PACKAGES

*Our services must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours.

SEND IT! Package

  • For 2 hours (not including setup or tear-down) + $125 for each additional hour

  • Unlimited Digital Photo Sends (via email/sms)

  • Props (if needed)

  • 1 Custom Design Photo Template

  • We’ll send you a link to your photo gallery the day after your event to view and download your photos

  • X Photobooth rep(s) in attendance

PRINT IT! Package

​

  • For 2 hours (not including setup or tear-down) + $150 for each additional hour

  • Unlimited Digital Photo Sends (via email/sms)

  • Unlimited 4x6” prints with 1-4 images in each *Conditions Apply

  • Props (if needed)

  • 1 Custom Design Photo Template

  • We’ll send you a link to your photo gallery the day after your event to view and download your photos

  • X Photobooth rep(s) in attendance

ADD-ONS

Planned Additional Hour

$125 per hour for SEND IT! Package or $150 per hour for PRINT IT! Package

Backdrop

$50

We can provide a backdrop for you! Let us know what you are looking for.

Travel Fee

To be discussed.

If you are out of our usual range of service, give us a call, and we can provide a quote for you.

Unplanned Additional Hour

$175

If you add any unplanned extra hours during the event, we will charge $175 per hour. 

This will need to be paid within 48 hours after the event. The link to your full gallery will not be sent to you until this balance is paid for.

Idle Hour 

$50 per hour

If you'd like us to arrive extra early and/or the booth is required to be at the event but not in service (ex. during dinner, speeches, photoshoots, etc.), meaning the photo booth is 'idling' and not in use, we will charge $50 per idle hour.

Guest Book 

 $150 

Guests will be able to put a photo taken at the photo booth in the guest book & write a note! We will provide the guest book, pens, and glue/tape for the photo strips.
