  • How does the photo booth work?
    Guests choose their props & pose for the camera! An attendant will be there to tap the screen to start the photo session. Photos are taken within seconds, and digital sends/prints are available instantly!
  • What types of events can I book the photo booth for?
    Our photo booths are perfect for all kinds of events, including weddings, birthday parties, engagement parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, holiday parties, graduations, baby showers, gender reveals, graduations, prom, school events, community events, and more. If you're celebrating, we’ll be there to capture the fun!
  • How do I book your services for my event?
    Easy-peasy! Check out our Packages page to see how booking works.
  • What is included in the photo booth rental package?
    Each package typically includes the photo booth setup, an on-site attendant, unlimited photo sessions, custom photo templates, digital copies of the photos, props, and the option for instant prints. We also offer add-ons like backdrops and guest books.
  • What are my payment options?
    Cash, E-transfer, Credits Card (2.5% extra charge for credit card payments)
  • How long is the setup & tear-down?
    Setup → 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your venue space + equipment needed Tear-down → 45 mins to 1 hour, depending on equipment used *These hours are not part of your photo booth service hours.
  • Do you need us to provide Wi-Fi at the venue?
    WiFi is needed for instant digital sends & printing. As a backup, we may be able to use our WiFi hotspot, but there might be some delays with the digital sends, depending on the location of the venue.
  • How much space does the photo booth require at the venue?
    We recommend an area of at least 10 feet by 10 feet for the photo booth, including space for the backdrop and props. This allows enough room for guests to move around and have fun.
  • Do I need to provide anything for the photo booth setup?
    We only need access to a standard electrical outlet within 10-15 feet of the booth's location. We'll handle the rest, including the setup, operation, and breakdown of the equipment.
  • Can we customize the photo templates?
    Absolutely! We offer fully customizable photo templates to match the theme of your event. We can include logos, event names, dates, colors, and more to make them unique. We will discuss this during your consultation, design it, and then send it to you for review and approval.
  • How many hours should I book the photo booth for?
    It depends on your event size and duration. For weddings and larger events, 3-4 hours is usually ideal. For smaller gatherings or parties, 2 hours may be sufficient. We can help you decide based on your needs.
  • Do you offer digital copies of the photos?
    Yes, all photos taken in the booth will be available digitally. We will provide a link to a private online gallery where you can download all the images the day after the event.
  • Is the photo booth suitable for outdoor events?
    Yes, we can set up the photo booth for outdoor events, but we do require a sheltered area to protect the equipment from direct sunlight, wind, or rain. A tent or covered space with a flat/dry surface is ideal. The photo booth cannot be placed on top of grass/dirt.
  • How far in advance should I book the photo booth for my event?
    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons. To ensure availability for your preferred date, booking at least 2-3 months in advance is ideal. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
  • What if I want to book a major holiday?
    If we are available to service your holiday event, we may ask for an increased rate. Contact us to inquire, and we can provide you with a quote for celebrations on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, etc.
